75-minute Sessions:Â Individual Counseling
The 75-minute package with Essential Life Counseling and Family Services, LLC is for individuals that may need additional time with the therapist. Clients can either meet biweekly or weekly. This gives the client the option to utilize the time needed to work through issues that may have accumulated in between sessions.  Give me a call and let’s get started!!

50-minute: Couples Counseling
At Essential Life Counseling and Family Services, LLC I give my clients the valuable guidance and support they need to work on issues in their relationships.
